Rocket Gravo is the first Grind by Weight coffee grinder by Rocket Espresso, designed to deliver true, measurable precision that remains consistent over time.

Thanks to GBW (Grind By Weight) technology, Gravo weighs the coffee directly during grinding. This means you always get the exact dose, without the need for scales or manual adjustments. The result is complete control over extraction, cup after cup.

The grinder also features Time Dosing, allowing you to monitor grinding time with precise second-by-second feedback.

The user experience is further enhanced by an intuitive digital interface that allows you to save up to three customized recipes. Every parameter can be adjusted with extreme precision, from coffee weight to motor speed (RPM), all the way to burr distance, which is electronically controlled.

At the core of its performance are 63 mm flat burrs with a screwless design. This technical solution reduces retention and helps preserve coffee freshness.
