The Mythos MY75G is Victoria Arduino's gravimetric commercial coffee grinder with 75mm titanium flat burrs: the Gravitech system weighs the coffee directly into the portafilter while grinding, dose after dose, with no external scale and no manual corrections.

The touchscreen display manages programmed doses and micrometric grind adjustment; grinding temperature control and the dual rear fans keep the grinding chamber stable even at rush hour. 1.5kg hopper, 195×395×479mm footprint and around 24kg of weight: a counter grinder built for the daily service of cafés and specialty coffee shops, with a Victoria Arduino heritage that dates back to 1905.

This is a refurbished unit (ex demo), checked and tested before shipping: the performance of the gravimetric Mythos at a more accessible price.
