Victoria Arduino Mythos My75 koffiemolen

The Mythos MY75 is the current evolution of the grinder platform that made Victoria Arduino a reference on specialty coffee counters worldwide. It mounts 75mm flat titanium-coated burrs driven by a powerful motor, built to deliver fast, uniform grinding shot after shot through a full day of service.

Dosing is timed and managed entirely from the touchscreen display: programmable doses and micrometric grind adjustment keep the recipe on point as service conditions change. The 1.5kg bean hopper and a body of almost 24kg say clearly what this grinder is made for: continuous professional use at the bar.

Victoria Arduino has been building espresso equipment since 1905, and the Mythos family sits on the counters of many of the best specialty coffee shops in the world. The MY75 is the choice for cafes and restaurants that need volume without giving up grind quality, and a serious option for the home barista who wants a true commercial grinder at home.
