To celebrate the production of its one-millionth Mignon grinder, Eureka presents an exclusive version of the Mignon Single Dose Pro, released as a limited edition to mark this important milestone.

This special edition features 65 mm Black Diamond® Espresso Specialty burrs, engineered with a geometry optimized specifically for espresso extraction.

Each unit is enhanced by an engraving commemorating the one-million milestone, along with a unique sequential serial number (x/1000), highlighting the uniqueness of every grinder.

Completing the configuration are a refined Black Chrome finish, an 80 g black dosing cup, an antichaft funnel, and a 45 g smoke bean hopper.

The Mignon Single Dose PRO is the evolution of Eureka’s benchmark single-dosing grinder, developed for coffee professionals and enthusiasts who demand ultimate precision with minimal waste.

While retaining the core strengths of the original Single Dose — such as low retention, compact design, and high grinding quality — the PRO version introduces a new level of engineering that enhances both performance and workflow.

One of the most significant upgrades lies in its new ZERO Retention Grinding Chamber, meticulously redesigned to eliminate residual coffee and drastically reduce retention. In combination with the new 65mm upper blind burr, which has no screw holes to prevent grounds build-up, the grinder delivers a noticeably cleaner and more consistent grind path.

These internal improvements, together with the proven 15° inclined body and the integrated Blow Up system, ensure close-to-zero retention even during heavy use and improve coffee retention up to 70% compared to former Mignon Single Dose.
