Lelit Victoria3 PL91T3 Inox Machine à expresso
The Victoria3 is where Lelit brings pressure profiling to its single boiler range, with the 58mm group and two factory profiles ready to use from the first shot.
The Pagaia system profiles pressure on the pump side across five programmable steps: you set the pressure in bar and the duration in seconds for each one, and the display shows them while the machine pulls the shot.
Lelit ships two factory profiles, one per coffee button. Lever Shot opens at 3 bar for 5 seconds, climbs to 8 and then 9 bar for 25 seconds and eases back to 8 and 7: the curve of a traditional lever machine, recommended for medium and dark roasts, and it gives a richer, fuller bodied cup. Modern Shot starts at 2 bar for 15 seconds, peaks at 6 bar for 30 and then ramps down through 5, 4 and 3 bar: better suited to medium and light roasts, for a sweeter and more aromatic cup.
You do not have to use all five steps. The first three carry most of the result, because they decide how the extraction starts and develops; the other two are there to refine it. Everything is edited from the LCC menu, the LELIT Control Center, so you can switch profile between one coffee and the next without touching anything mechanical.
Automatic shot time is set to 60 seconds at the factory. That is a starting point, not a recommended extraction time: you can stop the shot by hand whenever you like, then adjust that value or turn it off completely.
The design language belongs to the Pagaia line: gem shaped knobs, a matching portafilter with round section handle and a metal core ending in the distinctive pentagon shape, and a geometric tamper inspired by the same pentagon. The drip tray has been redesigned for daily cleaning.
PID keeps the temperature in check, the no burn steam wand stays cool to the touch and the machine runs off an internal reservoir.
What we love
That both factory profiles are already dialled in. You can start pulling good shots knowing nothing about profiling, and get into the five steps when you are ready.
The footprint. The Victoria has always been the Lelit that fits kitchens where a full size prosumer does not, and the third series keeps that.
Things to consider
If you pull one espresso at a time and want to understand how pressure changes the cup, the Victoria3 is the most direct way into the Pagaia line. If you steam milk back to back and need steam ready alongside brewing, the Elizabeth3 with its dual boiler is the machine to look at.
The smoked oak and zebrano wood upgrade kits fit both the Victoria3 and the Elizabeth3 if you want to change the finish.
