Pump My Moka - Bialetti 3 tasses induction

Pump My Moka: The innovative tool that transforms the moka extraction method.

Now you can have full control over the extraction: pressure and temperature become independent elements, allowing you to manage the extraction in an absolutely optimal way. It’s also perfect for induction cooktops.

With Pump My Moka, you can experiment with new possibilities using unique grind sizes and modal distributions, enabling you to achieve beverages with a TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) that can range from 0.8 to 4.5. You choose the starting temperature for the extraction and how to control it.

Unlike other solutions, here you can easily control the temperature thanks to the thermometer strip on the boiler. Paper filters for Aeropress can also be used to achieve even more distinctive results. The only limit is your imagination!
