Victoria Arduino Mythos My75g Moinho de café

The Victoria Arduino Mythos MY75 is the reference model of the new Mythos range, the grinder family that equips the World Barista Championship. Victoria Arduino has been building espresso equipment since 1905, and the Mythos is where that experience meets the specialty coffee bar.

At its heart are 75 mm flat titanium burrs that deliver uniform grounds at up to 3.5 g/s. Clima Pro technology keeps the temperature inside the grinding chamber stable (adjustable between 30 and 60 °C), helped by two fans mounted at the back for ideal airflow, so the grind profile does not drift during a busy service. A clump crusher at the outlet spout drops the grounds into the portafilter evenly and without mess.

Dosing is timed and programmable through the glass touchscreen display, with stepless micrometric grind adjustment. The 1.5 kg hopper and a footprint of just 195 mm in width make it easy to place more than one grinder on the counter.

A grinder built for specialty coffee shops and high volume espresso service, where consistency shot after shot is the whole point.
