Espresso Coffee Shop Returns to Coffee Fest Madrid 2026

February 14–16 | Booth B04 | Hall 14

After the great success of last year’s edition, we are proud to return to Coffee Fest Madrid 2026, one of the leading events for coffee professionals and enthusiasts across Europe.

From February 14 to 16, we will once again be in Madrid, welcoming visitors at booth B04, where innovation, espresso culture, and hands-on experience come together.

A First Look at What’s New

The coffee market continues to evolve, driven by innovation, sustainability, and an ever-growing focus on quality and performance. At Coffee Fest Madrid 2026, our stand will be the place to discover what’s next.

Throughout the event, visitors will have the opportunity to explore and experience a selection of new solutions and technologies that reflect the latest trends in the coffee world.

Let’s take a closer look at the key innovations you’ll be able to discover and test firsthand at our stand.

Rocket R58 Tune

Rocket R58 TUNE is the latest evolution of one of Rocket Espresso’s most iconic dual boiler machines.

At the core of the R58 TUNE is the new TUNE technology, designed to offer a higher level of control over espresso extraction. This system allows users to customize both pre-infusion and final extraction time at a preset pressure, enabling precise adjustment of the brewing profile.

Another key update is the new Communication Pod, now repositioned at eye level next to the group head to improve visibility and usability during extraction, allowing baristas to monitor and adjust parameters more intuitively. The pod is magnetically mounted, ensuring a clean, integrated look while remaining easy to remove when needed.

The R58 TUNE also introduces fast heat-up technology, significantly reducing waiting time from startup. Depending on ambient conditions and water temperature, the machine can be ready to brew and steam in as little as 10 minutes, making it far more practical for daily use without compromising performance or thermal stability.

The launch of the new R58 Tune is scheduled for March, but those eager to be among the first can already secure theirs by preordering on our website.

Mahlkonig Xenia and E64 WS

Another major innovation is the Mahlkönig Xenia, the brand’s very first home espresso machine and a significant milestone for a company long recognized as a benchmark in professional grinding.

Designed to work as part of a fully connected setup, the Xenia truly comes into its own when paired with the Mahlkönig E64 WS grinder and the new Sync scale. Together, these three elements unlock Grind-by-Sync (GBS) technology, a system that allows the grinder, espresso machine, and scale to communicate with each other in real time.

With GBS enabled, extraction becomes a smarter and more adaptive process. Brewing data collected during the shot is used to automatically guide grind adjustments, helping improve consistency and reduce the need for manual corrections. The result is a more streamlined workflow and greater repeatability, even when changing coffees or refining recipes.

The Xenia itself reflects Mahlkönig’s engineering-driven approach, combining precise thermal control with a clean, functional design intended to support this connected brewing experience. Mahlkönig introduces a complete ecosystem where machine, grinder, and scale work together to support better espresso results.

Weber Workshops Grinders

Alongside espresso machines, visitors to our stand will also have the opportunity to test Weber Workshops grinders live, experiencing firsthand the precision and build quality that have made the brand a reference point in the world of high-end coffee equipment.

Now available on Espresso Coffee Shop, Weber Workshops grinders combine engineering accuracy, functional design, and exceptional performance—whether you prefer electric grinding or the tactile ritual of manual operation.

Leading the lineup is the EG-1 Mk.3, an electric grinder designed for maximum clarity and control across multiple brewing methods, from espresso to pour-over. Its 80 mm flat burrs and micron-stepped adjustment allow for extremely precise grind settings, making it a powerful tool for those who demand consistency and repeatability.

For those who enjoy the ritual of hand grinding, the HG‑2 combines large 83 mm conical burrs with a two‑speed gearbox for smooth, adaptable performance. Its ergonomic details — including an integrated bean feeder and magnetic cleaning tools — reflect Weber’s commitment to functionality and craftsmanship.

Completing the range is the Key Mk.2, a compact yet powerful grinder capable of delivering commercial-level results in smaller spaces.

Equipped with high‑torque gearing, stepped adjustment and anti‑static features, it delivers excellent grind quality with minimal retention — ideal for home baristas or smaller cafés.

Also available for live testing at our stand is the Eureka Mignon Specialità Smart, a compact grinder built around intelligent grind control and long-term reliability.

Its standout feature is the Burrs Distance Detection System, which displays the exact burr gap in real time, making it easy to find the true zero point and accurately return to the ideal grind setting for each recipe.

The grinder is powered by Eureka Smart Technology, designed to guide users toward the correct grind size based on recipe parameters through an intuitive, high-resolution touch display.

Completing the package is a durable motor backed by a 10-year warranty, ensuring consistent performance and reliability over time.
