★★★★★ Very pleased with the device

Shipment and delivery were very fast. The items were well-packaged.

Note that it is the V6E that is delivered. I use it together with a Rancilio Stile SD and am very happy with the results.

Silvia is a new addition to our household is pretty seamless and easy to clean, timeless design, simple controls and hopefully long lasting lifespan was the deciding factor for us. We are really happy with its functionalities and the quality of coffee that it makes. We can only recommend this coffee machine and we highly recommend this store hence it has unbeatable prices, they communicate well and the delivery was supper quick.

★★★★★ Great little machine

Romeo D. · 23 de octubre de 2026 · Compra verificada

It Uses a standard 58mm grouphead so you can easily find all kinds of accessories, and because of its popularity, you can also easily find 3D-printable mods and community support online.

It Performs wonderfully out of the box, but you can also mod it in the future (like adding a Gaggiuino/PID) to control every aspect of extraction.

It can pull shots back to back with a little experience

If you make a lot of milk drinks, consider the Silvia Pro X instead. Switching between brewing and steaming temperature on the single boiler takes some waiting time.

Go for a painted finish if you hate fingerprints they show up easily on the brushed stainless steel.

This was my first order with EspressoCoffeeShop, and the experience was top-notch. Communication, shipping speed, and packaging quality were excellent.

★★★★★ Hands down the best home espresso machine

Its been almost 2 years now since I got this. I have no regrets. Perhaps the only regret I had was buying other machines prior to this.

★★★★★ Simple and robust espresso machine, good for the price

Lukas K. · 22 de octubre de 2026 · Compra verificada

I got what I wanted - my first, simple, but robust semi-automatic home espresso machine to learn making a good coffee while having full control over the process. Silvia is very reliable in this, I've been using it for almost a year now, 2-3 coffees prepared almost daily. It arrived bundled with quality tamper, portafilter and 2 baskets. It got plenty of power for steaming milk.
A minor drawback I was aware before purchasing - it needs bit of temperature surfing, since the boiler oscillates in quite a large range of temperatures, depending on the time since orange light dimmed.

★★★★★ Still a good device, but I preferred the previous one

VERSYP F. · 22 de octubre de 2026 · Compra verificada

I owned the V5 (or V4?) and it was perfect. The V6 is similar except :
- In Europe, a controller which stops the device after 20 minutes. Thats very annoying, since the device needs to keep warm a long time to be at a satisfactory temperature. I had to remove the controller and replace it by a connected controler, as shown in some videos online. And I replaced the main switch, in order to operate the machine not only by app.
- The portafilter is a bit different. I prefered the old one. The new one has an angle that makes more difficult to engage it when the layer of coffee is a bit large. The outlets are less spaced, so that when the flow of coffee is low and deviated, it is difficult to have two cups enough close to each other. In addition, the shape of the outlets makes it more difficult to empty water when rinsing or washing it.
- A better tamper is supplied, it is made of steel (loxer part).

★★★★★ Rancilio Silvia

Mohammed T. · 11 de septiembre de 2022 · Compra verificada

A very good and capable "entry-level" espresso machine. The machine is very powerful as well and can be moded in many ways. The only issues are that the pressure is very high and has to be adjusted down to 9 bars for proper espresso, which is easy to do. Also, preparing back-to-back milk beverages can be frustrating due to the machine's boiler.
I would recommend it to someone buying his first espresso machine.

★★★★★ Hidden cost

Daniel G. · 30 de agosto de 2022 · Compra verificada

I was very excited to receive my machine when the UPS driver charged me over £100 at my front door. Really upset not to be warned about this extra fee on top of shipping. No one at the company did anything to warn me or appease me subsequently

★★★★★ Miss Silvia

Tom K. · 29 de mayo de 2022

11 years ago, in 2011, I bought my first ‘real espresso machine’ at Espresso Coffee Shop, Miss Silvia ! Very quickly I managed to tame her, and she fell into my arms with the most exquisite, sweet and velvet cappuccino’s. After several years of being happy together, I discovered she betrayed me and was having a rust issue underneath. With pain in my heart, I went for a divorce and sold her.

Then I went for a Solis Barista Triple heat, a well-known brand, same as Sage the dual boiler. Although this was an upgrade, I was never able to experience the same satisfaction as I got from Miss Silvia. Many variables tweaked and experimented, but no …

So, as you can guess, I sold the Solis, and went back to Espresso Coffee Shop and bought myself the now much younger Miss Silvia V6. After one day, and two or three espressos later, to my delight, I was able to taste the same sweet and velvet cappuccino’s of years gone by …

Thank you Miss Silvia, thank you Giulia from Espresso Coffee Shop !

I am actually still waiting for my machine to arrive here in the Philippines, but I have been sent photos of the item by the forwarder and everything seems fine. The machine was packed well. And for reference, the package weighs at 31.8 lbs. Will definitely buy again from Espresso Coffee Shop in the future.
