Lelit Pagaia: the complete lineup featuring Mara X3, Elizabeth3 and Victoria3

The Lelit Pagaia range is now complete, giving espresso enthusiasts three distinct machine configurations built around the same philosophy: greater control over extraction, refined design and the freedom to choose the espresso machine that best suits their needs.

Joining the Mara X3, featuring a heat exchanger system, are the Elizabeth3, with its dual-boiler configuration, and the Victoria3, which combines the Pagaia system with a single boiler. Three different approaches to espresso, united by one defining feature: the ability to adjust pump power and control water flow during extraction.

At the heart of the range is Pagaia, Lelit’s electronic pump power control system. It allows users to adjust pump power, regulating water flow from the pump through the brew group and ultimately through the coffee puck in the portafilter.

Operation is intuitive. Turning the Pagaia lever clockwise progressively increases pump power up to 100%, while turning it counterclockwise reduces power proportionally.

This level of control opens up new possibilities for experimenting with extraction, refining brewing techniques and tailoring each espresso to the coffee being used and the desired result in the cup, all without compromising ease of use.

Lelit Victoria3: single-boiler performance

The Victoria3 is an ideal choice for those looking for a compact espresso machine that combines excellent performance with advanced extraction control.

Its single-boiler design is paired with the Pagaia system, bringing electronic pump power adjustment to a configuration that stands out in its category.

The machine also features Lelit’s LCC display, which incorporates PID temperature control and provides access to a range of customizable settings. Users can configure two pressure profiles, adjust the brewing temperature from 80°C to 110°C, and set the steam temperature between 120°C and 145°C. Two programmable shot timer settings are also available, allowing the machine to stop extraction automatically after the selected time.

The result is a compact espresso machine designed for those who enjoy experimenting with extraction and want greater control over their brewing parameters.

Lelit Mara X3: heat exchanger versatility

The Mara X3 is designed for those who want to enjoy the benefits of a heat exchanger system, making it an appealing choice for anyone who alternates between preparing espresso and milk-based drinks.

Another defining feature is the E61 brew group, an iconic element in the world of espresso machines, appreciated for its construction and its role in thermal management during extraction.

Lelit Elizabeth3: dual-boiler control

At the top end of the range in terms of brewing versatility, the Elizabeth3 features a dual-boiler system and represents a particularly comprehensive way to experience Pagaia.

By managing brewing and steam production independently, the dual-boiler configuration provides precise control over both functions and makes it easier to move between pulling espresso shots and steaming milk.

This is especially useful for those who regularly prepare milk-based drinks, allowing for a smoother and more efficient workflow.

Like the Victoria3, the Elizabeth3 features Lelit’s LCC display with PID temperature control. In addition to the temperature and extraction settings described above, the Elizabeth3 allows users to switch off the dedicated steam boiler when needed.

Elizabeth3 also shares the same 58 mm Lelit58 brew group as Victoria3.

Refined design and premium finishes

All three Lelit Pagaia espresso machines are available in stainless steel, white and black, with elegant wooden details that give the range its distinctive look.

Wooden finishes feature across the knobs, portafilter handle, lever and tamper, as well as the Pagaia lever itself, making the system a defining element of both the machine’s functionality and its visual identity.

The portafilter has also been redesigned. Its longer handle and internal metal component improve ergonomics and balance, making it more comfortable to handle during everyday use.

The steam wand has received an upgrade too. Its new three-hole nozzle helps deliver faster, more effective milk steaming, supporting the preparation of smooth, fine-textured milk foam for cappuccinos and latte art.

These refinements bring together practical improvements, thoughtful engineering and attention to detail, reinforcing the premium character of the entire range.

Which Lelit Pagaia espresso machine is right for you?

With the addition of the Elizabeth3 and Victoria3, the Lelit Pagaia range now offers three distinct configurations: single boiler, heat exchanger and dual boiler. The right choice depends on your coffee-making habits, the drinks you prepare most often and the level of control you want from your machine.

Lelit Victoria3 is the right choice for those who prioritize a compact footprint, mainly prepare espresso and want advanced extraction control in a single-boiler machine.

Lelit Mara X3 is ideal for those who regularly switch between espresso and milk-based drinks and appreciate the versatility of a heat exchanger combined with the iconic E61 brew group.

Lelit Elizabeth3 is the most comprehensive option for those who frequently prepare milk-based beverages and want independent control over brewing and steam production, thanks to its dual-boiler system and advanced LCC settings.

With Victoria3, Mara X3 and Elizabeth3, Lelit brings the Pagaia experience to three different machine configurations, making it easier to find the right balance between size, workflow and brewing preferences.
