1. Payment methods

We offer secure payment methods for domestic and international customers, for a smooth and flexible checkout.
2. Cards and digital wallets (Stripe)

Payments are processed through Stripe (a secure, PCI-compliant gateway): Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, China UnionPay. Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay.
3. PayPal and "Buy now, pay later" (EU)

For EU customers, PayPal (incl. PayPal Pay Later in France, Spain, Italy) and local methods (Bancontact, EPS, Giropay, iDEAL, Przelewy24, BLIK) are available. Financing services are provided by the respective operators under their own terms.
4. Bank transfer

We accept bank transfer; details are provided in the order confirmation. Please state the order reference in the payment description. Orders are processed and shipped only after the full amount is credited. ECS is not responsible for fees charged by the customer's bank or intermediary banks.
5. Payment fees

ECS does not cover third-party processing or transaction fees (bank, international or currency-conversion fees): it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the invoiced amount is received in full, without deductions.
6. Processing and shipping

Orders are processed and shipped only after payment confirmation. If there are any payment issues, we will contact the customer to resolve them.
