Deze waterkoker met instelbare temperatuur is ontworpen voor moeiteloos gebruik. Een verschil van slechts 1℃ kan de smaak van filterkoffie veranderen. Met deze elektrische waterkoker stel je de temperatuur in stappen van 1℃ nauwkeurig in, van 50℃ tot 96℃, voor de ideale extractie. De verwarmings- en warmhoudmodus hebben elk een eigen kleur, zodat je je instellingen in één oogopslag ziet. Na het opwarmen houdt de waterkoker het water 15 minuten op temperatuur. Daarnaast heeft hij meerdere veiligheidsfuncties: het verwarmen stopt automatisch als de waterkoker leeg is, om droogkoken te voorkomen, en de stroom wordt uitgeschakeld als hij een bepaalde tijd niet wordt gebruikt.

The Buono N brings temperature control to Hario's classic Buono gooseneck kettle, in an electric version designed around pour over brewing. A difference of just 1°C can change the taste of drip coffee: here you set the water in 1°C steps, from 50°C to 96°C, and hit exactly the value your recipe calls for.
Heating and keep warm modes are colour coded, so you can read the kettle's status at a glance, and after reaching the set point the Buono N holds the temperature for 15 minutes. If the kettle is empty, heating stops automatically to prevent dry boiling; leave it idle and it switches itself off.
The body and lid are stainless steel, the practical capacity is 800 ml and the slim gooseneck spout gives the slow, precise pour that V60 brewing rewards. This is the EU version of the kettle (article EVT-80-HSV).
