Modular by design
The D8 is Sanremo's modular professional platform: the same machine exists in one, two and three group configurations, and the single group version brings commercial thermal control into a small counter footprint.
The Hybrid circuit is the core of it. One 4L AISI 316L stainless steel boiler, fully insulated, with group temperature adjustable independently from 90 to 98°C from the display. Boiler pressure is set on three levels, 1.0, 1.2 or 1.5 bar, also from the display.

What we love
Group temperature that adjusts independently of the service boiler. On a single boiler machine that is the most direct way to run different coffees without chasing pressure. We also like that this is the same platform as the 2 and 3 group models, so spare parts and service logic are those of a proper commercial machine.
Things to consider
If you need one group and want commercial control, the D8 1 Group is the one. If you are working full bar volumes, look at the D8 in 2 group form. If you want Sanremo design at home or in a small venue, the Cube R is still the better fit.
Careful with
The single group version has no cup warmer, and neither the external volumetric pump nor the larger capacity pump is available: those stay options on the multi group models. It is plumbed in and has no water tank.
