Espressocoffeeshop was very quick in sending the unit. I'm very happy with it. Work flow is very straight forward. I'm used to single dosing coming from a hand grinder so it was easy to adjust. Speed is great and the sound is even better than expected (i.e. quieter). Retention is pretty good and ranges between 0.0 - 0.2g for me (only the first time it is more (2g)). Using the bellows is easy enough for me. 2-3 pumps gets most of the grounds out. Static is low and I stopped using RDT. Flavour profile is good although not very different from my 1Zpresso K plus. The dial is large and comfortable to use. The fork that you use to hold the catch cup in place is sturdy enough although could be more 'fixed'.
All in all I'm quite happy and recommend the grinder for anyone wanting to single dose but doesn't want to spend too much.

First of all, they answered and shipped soomly. It's super great for me. About the grinder ZERO, it's really quite. Even though the hopper doesn't work to reduce rentation at all. Nothing drops after I press the hopper... still love it for quite mornings and shorten coffee-making process.

Replaced my Smart Grinder Pro with this and right off the bat, the bad bitter aftertaste from the same bean i got with Smart Grinder Pro is gone.
Solid build and surprisingly quiet.
Only downside I find is the rubber coated portafilter fork is a bit sticky to the dosing cup and it is not the best experience to use when paired with the wobbly magnetic holder, but I can live with that.

My experience is good so far and my beans tasted better.
My espresso machine is delonghi dedica currently and expect better tasting shoots with higher end machines.
You can dial unlimited grind levels and you can get the best degree of grind due to it's step less dial, this also will make it harder for harder to recalibrate it again after any change and you want to get pervious desired grind level.

This is an upgrade to my Rancilio Rocky. The infinitely variable setting is so much nicer coming from a stepped type grinder. The quality is superb. And wow, is it quiet compared to the previous grinder. Being able to "pump" out all of the grinds is really a plus. Hope to have many years of service out of this one.

The Zero has a larger grind dial which makes "dialing" in much easier. The tiny dial on the specialita is really hard to microadjust. The Zero really is a specialita without electronics. No big deal if the objective is to single dose. I have come to like the single dosing better than the timed grind as it is more consistant. The Specialita could be converted with a bowout hopper, but that would add cost to the grinder and using the Zero approach, the timed grinding feature would be of no use. Cleaning the Zero should be less frequent, and easier as there are no timer connection wires to be contended with.
