ICED LATTE: nuestra bebida favorita del verano
A medida que suben las temperaturas veraniegas, también aumentan las ganas de una bebida refrescante.
Nuestra solución se llama Iced Latte, un combinado de espresso y leche helada para combatir el calor sin renunciar al café.
La lista de ingredientes es muy corta: hielo, leche y café.
Empieza llenando el vaso con cubitos de hielo. ¿Cuántos cubitos? En nuestra opinión, ¡la cantidad es directamente proporcional a la temperatura caliente!
A continuación, vierta la leche fría directamente de la nevera. Nosotros utilizamos unos 150 ml, pero puedes echar más.
También puedes sustituir la leche por tu bebida vegetal favorita; el resultado final será igualmente extraordinario.
Para los que prefieran un toque más dulce, añade azúcar o edulcorante y mézclalo con la leche.
Ahora, el toque final: sirve una taza de espresso y haz un vídeo para capturar el momento en que el café se desliza sobre el hielo y colorea lentamente la leche.
