I'm extremely happy with my Rocket Mozzafiato Timer Type V. The machine feels premium, is beautifully built, and delivers excellent espresso. EspressoCoffeeShop offered a competitive price, and the ordering and delivery experience was smooth and professional. The equipment arrived as expected and was well packaged. Overall, a great experience and I would happily recommend both the machine and EspressoCoffeeShop.

Excellent machine, Arrived with group lever wrench damage. Emailed customer service multiple times over a week period.Contacted after several days by [Giulia pela].Instantly blamed shipping,Wich we all know that is impossible, and offered me $30!! After 5 more emails to Giulia with NO REPLY!! i had to call overseas at my expense to speak to a live person ,who sent me a replacement part, but also blamed Rocket!. Extremely difficult to deal with for any resolution after you pay! My coffee and equipment groups have been following my emails and resolution for this matter! I still have not received not the 10.00 reimbursement on my c.c. for the phone call that i was promised!

I was not sure whether it is a great idea to order from oversea for a such machine that offered by "espressocoffeeshop", I am glad that I did after receiving in one week of delivery time and arrived safely without any damages. Started to ordering more from "espressocoffeeshop" for needed accessories too. Only thing that I paid other than shipping was $25.00 to UPS for tariff
Thank you

I absolutely love this machine. It's very well built, and the drinks I'm making are so much better than what I could make with the Capresso Jura machine I had before. I'm still getting used to it and making plenty of errors, but the drinks still taste good even as I dial things in.
I was concerned about ordering for delivery in the US, but the machine arrived fast, and I had no duties due when it arrived via UPS. I ordered on a Thursday and had it at home and ready to go the following Monday night. The price was also much better than buying in the US. Probably because the exchange rate works to our advantage, but the pricing must just be better in Italy as well. I chose to save some cash, but you could upgrade to a full-featured machine and still pay less than in the US.

shipped all the way to america (nyc) quickly. everything works, even included some extra goodies which was nice of them. the front panel was a bit recessed in the top left corner upon arrival cosmetically, but some slight damage was expected when shipping so far.

I’m located in San Francisco, ordered the Mozzifiato on 5/9. It shipped on 5/10 and arrived on 5/20 due to 4 days delay from DHL. So fast. Arrived in original unopened box wrapped in bubblewrap within another box. Everything is perfect, and it cost less than an Appartamento from a US store.
Oh, and fyi I had to pay a 25$ duty fee to DHL. I’m so pleased with Espresso Coffee Shop! The machine itself is great, the shot timer is so handy.
