The Mythos One is the grinder with which Victoria Arduino redefined the specialty coffee counter: developed within the Nuova Simonelli group, it has become a fixture in coffee shops around the world. Victoria Arduino has been building espresso equipment since 1905, and the Mythos One is one of its most recognisable products.
At its heart is Clima Pro technology: an active system that keeps the grinding chamber at a constant temperature throughout the day, so the grind does not drift between the first coffee of the morning and peak hour. The 75mm titanium-coated flat burrs are rated for around 1500kg of coffee, with an output above 18kg per hour.
Grind adjustment is stepless and micrometric, the LCD display manages three programmable doses plus a manual barista mode, and at the outlet the Clump Crusher removes clumps and static electricity for an even stream into the portafilter, with retention below one gram. A 1.3kg hopper and a 24kg steel body complete a grinder born for continuous professional service.
