Introducing the new generation of Eureka Black Diamond burrs
New Eureka Black Diamond burrs are now available for even higher performance.
The real revolution is the BLIND UPPER BURR without screw holes. This helps to drastically reduce retention. Less retention results in greater coffee freshness and less waste.
Moreover, the combination of Diamond Inside technology and cryogenic treatment at -193 °C makes these burrs up to 93% more durable than standard ones — setting a new benchmark for Eureka. The result? Exceptional wear resistance and consistent grind precision over time.
Designed to redefine the standards of grinding, they are available in 4 models, each with specific features to bring out different roasts and extraction methods.
Let’s take a closer look at each model.
ALL PURPOSE BLACK
This is the most versatile model, as it adapts seamlessly to all brewing methods — from espresso to filter coffee.
It can grind any coffee type, but it performs at its best with light to medium-light roasts.
The burrs are compatible with Eureka coffee grinders: Mignon Single Dose Pro, Mignon Libra 65, and Mignon Zero 65.
BREW SPECIAL BLACK
These burrs are the ideal choice for all alternative brewing methods beyond espresso.
They’re especially well-suited for light roast coffees, enhancing sweeter and fruitier notes in the cup.
Compatible with the Eureka Mignon Single Dose Pro coffee grinder.
ESPRESSO SPECIALTY BLACK
As the name suggests, these burrs have been designed for espresso lovers and perform at their best with medium-light roasts.
Their geometry enhances the clarity and brightness that are typical of specialty coffee.
These burrs are compatible with the Eureka Mignon Single Dose Pro coffee grinder.
ITALIAN ESPRESSO TASTE BLACK
Last but not least, the Italian Espresso Taste Black burrs.
These are not only suitable for espresso preparation in general, but specifically for traditional Italian-style espresso — a full-bodied coffee with a bold flavor and dark roast profile.
These burrs are also compatible with the Eureka Mignon Single Dose Pro coffee grinder.
WHICH ONE TO CHOOSE?
To help you choose, below is a handy table summarizing the key features of the four available models.
The new Black Diamond burrs represent a true step forward in the world of grinding: ultra-low retention, unmatched durability, and professional-level results.
If you purchase one of the compatible grinders now — Mignon Single Dose Pro (compatible with all burr models), or Mignon Zero 65 and Mignon Libra 65 (compatible with All Purpose Black burrs) — you can add the burrs and get 40% off.
Already own a compatible grinder? Just use the code BLACK40 to get 40% off your Black Diamond burrs purchase.
