"Making spare parts purchasing easy," the goal of the new Espresso Coffee Shop e-commerce dedicated to spare parts

We're excited to share with you a new release at the Espresso Coffee Shop: our commitment to good coffee experience now extends to the supply of high-quality spare parts. 

The project was developed in response to a strong demand for original spare parts from our customers. 

Thus, the goal is to provide quality spare parts both to the end consumer who uses the equipment at home and to small coffee shops/cafes to do self-maintenance of their coffee machines or grinders. 

To develop the new site, we examined many other e-commerce including other industries, such as automotive, to study the best user experience. The result is an easy to navigate site even for an audience unfamiliar with spare parts. 

With more than 40,000 items and over 100 brands, users can easily find what they need searching spare parts by category, by brand, or even by part number. 

However, for those who don't manage to choose the most suitable type of replacement, they can rely on our customer care team and use the form on the site to send a photo of their equipment.
