★★★★★ Ferdinand’s feedback

Ferdinand D. · July 3, 2022 · Verified purchase

Once the machine is already running, espresso experience is superb!
The initial setup, however was quite stressful. The machine was unable to recognize the water in the tank—I used filtered water. The posts about Oscar 2 in Reddit helped. 4 grains of salt added to the water finally made the machine run. But the following day, I encountered the same problem: “no water” when there was water. Apparently bubble formed at the base inlet and this prevented direct water flow to the boiler. Reddit posts helped me again. Anyway, it would be helpful if nuova simonelli will be able to address these issues and make us buyers less worried.
But other than that, Oscar 2 is very nice!
And, Thanks a lot for the speedy delivery.
