Weber Workshops HG-2 Coffee Grinder

HG-2 by Weber Workshops is a manual grinder designed for precision and consistency. 

Building on over a decade of development, the HG-2 is the successor to the HG-1, now featuring key upgrades. These include a redesigned Integrated Bean Feeder with a new bottom bearing, a 30% larger loading chamber, and an improved Magic Tumbler for simplified workflow and minimal retention. 

At its core are 83mm conical burrs, originally manufactured by Mazzer and treated with Weber’s pre-seasoning and food-safe TiN coating. These burrs are durable, efficient, and capable of consistent grind quality across espresso and filter methods. 

A standout feature is the 2-speed transmission gearbox, which makes grinding light roasts significantly easier while still allowing for quick grinding of darker roasts. 

The foldable crank handle reduces footprint for easy storage, while the integrated cleaning brush—stored in the handle—adds a thoughtful touch to maintenance. 

The Magic Tumbler ensures clean and even dosing, eliminating the need for external WDT or RDT tools. 

The HG-2 is ideal for users who prefer a hands-on approach to coffee without compromising on grind quality or workflow efficiency.
