The Victoria Arduino Mythos MY85 is the largest grinder in the Mythos family: 85mm flat burrs, timed dosing and a grinding speed of around 4-4.5 g/s that keeps up with the busiest specialty coffee bars. Victoria Arduino has been building espresso equipment since 1905, and the Mythos line is its reference grinder range for the specialty segment.
Dosing is managed from a touchscreen display paired with tactile buttons, so the barista can adjust doses quickly even in the middle of a rush. The grinding temperature control keeps the burr chamber in a stable range throughout the day, protecting aroma and grind consistency from the first espresso of the morning to peak hour. At the outlet, the Clump Crusher breaks up clumps and reduces static, delivering a fluffy, even stream of coffee into the basket.
The 1.5kg hopper and a body just 19.5cm wide make the MY85 easy to place next to the machine even on a crowded counter. Micrometric grind adjustment, easily accessible burrs for quick cleaning and a solid 24.5kg build complete a grinder designed for continuous professional use.
