The Mythos MY85G is the gravimetric version of Victoria Arduino's flagship commercial grinder: the Gravitech system weighs the coffee directly into the portafilter while grinding, dose after dose, with no manual corrections. The 85mm titanium flat burrs are built for specialty coffee shop volumes and deliver a uniform particle distribution even at rush hour.
Grinding temperature control and the dual rear fans keep the grinding chamber stable through a full day of service, so the recipe stays consistent from the first espresso to the last. The touchscreen display manages programmed doses and micrometric grind adjustment; the hopper holds 1.5kg of beans.
