The Rocket Fausto is the grinder Rocket Espresso designed to sit beside its machines: built by hand in Italy, with 65mm commercial grade flat burrs and stepless micrometric adjustment that gives you fine, repeatable control when dialing in espresso.

The 3.5 inch touchscreen handles single, double and continuous dosing, and the 480W motor grinds at 2.6 to 3.3 g/s, so a double shot is ready in a few seconds. The 500g hopper keeps enough beans on hand for a busy counter, and the grind quality matches what Rocket's E61 machines ask for.

This version ships with a Type G plug (UK plug) fitted as standard, so it is ready for UK sockets out of the box.
