Option-O Mizen 64mm 64om Burrs

The Mizen 64OM are Option-O's 64mm omni purpose flat burrs for the Lagom P64: a set designed to perform well both on espresso and on coarser grinds for pour over and immersion brewing, from V60 to French press.

They are made of hardened martensitic stainless steel, left uncoated to preserve the precision surface finish they are ground to. The omni profile works across all roast levels, with particularly clean results on medium and lighter roasts. Like all Option-O components they are produced in small batches to strict specifications: availability is limited and prioritised for existing Lagom P64 owners.
