1. Carriers

Espresso Coffee Shop ships worldwide using reliable, recognised carriers (UPS, DHL, FedEx). The carrier is chosen based on service quality and destination, for safe and fast deliveries.
2. Intra-EU shipments

For shipments within the European Union no additional VAT or duties are due beyond what is paid to ECS. For consumers the price is VAT-inclusive; for EU VAT-registered persons the VAT exemption under art. 41 of Italian Decree-Law 331/1993 applies (with a valid VAT number registered in VIES).
3. Extra-EU shipments (DDU)

Shipments outside the European Union travel DDU (Duties Delivery Unpaid): VAT, duties and customs charges are borne by the recipient at the import customs. ECS does not cover such costs.
4. Tracking

All shipments are tracked; the tracking number is sent by email when the waybill is generated.
5. Shipping and delivery times

In-stock items are normally shipped the next business day. Indicative times: Italy 1–2 business days · Europe 1–3 days · Rest of the world 2–5 days. Customs procedures may affect international delivery times (beyond ECS's and the carrier's control). We do not deliver on Italian public holidays.
6. Insured shipments and transport damage

All our shipments are insured. In the event of transport damage, follow the procedure set out in the “Transport damage” section of the Returns and Refunds page: report within 5 days of delivery with photos of the external packaging, the waybill and the damaged product. Without this documentation the claim cannot be opened with the carrier.
