The transferring of your credit card information is safely handled by our secure server. You will be charged in Euro, the equivalent in your local currency will be calculated directly by your bank.

DUTIES AND TAXES
International Deliveries (outside the European Union):
Import duties for deliveries to all other countries are paid by our customers at delivery.
Please contact your local customs office to inquire about the duty rate.
Espresso Coffee Shop is not responsible for any tax duties or taxes imposed by any countries other than Italy.
Deliveries within the EU:
All deliveries to EU (European Union) are duty free. No other duties is required.
Deliveries to Saudi Arabia:
We currently ship DDU (delivered duties unpaid) to Saudi Arabia, so if you place an order for delivery in Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for paying applicable VAT and duty charges on your order's arrival in Saudi Arabia along with any other applicable fees.
We currently estimate VAT and duty charges as follows:
VAT = VAT Rate x [Item Price + Shipping costs]
DUTY = Duty Rate x [Item Price + Shipping costs]
Total additional charges = VAT + DUTY
Our estimates of VAT and duty charges are based on the following facts and assumptions, which may change in the future:
- There will be no duty charge if the sum of the Item Price + Shipping costs is less than 1000 SAR.
- The VAT Rate is 15%
- The Duty Rate starts from 5% and it will increase based on the HS code of the product
You may also encounter a shipment disbursement fee. If the Item Price + Shipping costs is less than 1000 SAR, this shipment disbursement fee will be 15 SAR. If the Item Price + Shipping costs is 1000 SAR or more, the shipment disbursement fee will be equal to the greater of 100 SAR or 2% of the duties and taxes for the shipment.
These estimated VAT and duty charges are based on the VAT and duty rates set by Saudi Arabia, but note that these are just estimated amounts and the final amounts may vary (for example, Saudi Arabia's customs regulations and VAT and duty rates may change between the date the VAT and duty charges for your order are estimated and the date your order is imported into Saudi Arabia).

Prices are ex VAT. The VAT ( 22% ) will be automatically calculated at check out for orders within the European Union. Espresso Coffee Shop is not responsible for any tax duties or taxes imposed by any countries other than Italy.
EU VAT FREE
Due to changes in European law from January 1st 1993, Value Added Tax (V.A.T.) can now be deducted from sales made to customers who are V.A.T. registered in their own countries
All prices quoted throughout this site are VAT excluded.
If you are VAT registered company, please checkout as a "EU VAT Registered Customer" and enter your VAT number in the Ordering Instructions box of the order form before to checkout. Your credit card will be then charged without adding the 22% Italian VAT.
Orders from European Union Countries customers who are V.A.T. registered must clearly show their V.A.T. number. Without a V.A.T. number, we cannot deduct V.A.T.
RETURN POLICY
Espresso Coffee Shop is committed to your complete satisfaction.
If any product you purchase from Espresso Coffee Shop does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days.
Please send an email or fax to the customer service, requesting instructions for the items you would wish to return.
Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
Please note that to the returning products might be subject to a 10% Re-stocking fee.
