This bundle pairs two of the most balanced companions for serious home espresso: the Rocket Appartamento TCA and the Eureka Mignon Zero.
The Appartamento TCA is the updated version of Rocket's compact classic, built by hand in Milan: an insulated 1.8 litre copper boiler, E61 group head and the TCA (Temperature Control Adjustment) system, which lets you choose between four boiler pressure levels, from 0.9 to 1.2 bar, to match the brew temperature to the roast you are using: lower for light roasts, higher for dark ones.
The Mignon Zero is the single dose grinder of Eureka's Mignon line: 55mm flat hardened steel burrs, the ACE system against clumps and static electricity, and a bellows to push the grounds out with minimal retention. Weigh your dose, grind it, and the grinder stays clean: ideal if you like switching coffees often.
Together they cover everything daily espresso needs: the thermal stability of the E61 group on one side, the freedom to rotate origins and roasts without waste on the other.
The Appartamento TCA is the evolution of the iconic Appartamento espresso machine, with a modern aesthetic and features that take the Appartamento up a gear.
The new design and new 4 preset temperature settings are aimed at delivering an even better coffee experience in the home, raising the benchmark for performance in this category of premium domestic espresso machines.
The Appartamento TCA was designed by Valerio Cometti, whose brief was to preserve the original Appartamento’s distinctive aesthetic, whilst also seeking to evolve the design for today’s barista.
A smoother contour and sensual feel has been brought to the almost “Bauhaus” architecture of the original machine which increases the desire to touch and interact with the “new” AppartamentoTCA.
Aesthetically the new Appartamento has been softened to enhance the relationship between the machine and the barista, through the introduction of two new design elements: new housing with smoother rounded sides and new accentuated side holes.
A new design for the “engine” of Appartamento: the brewing group. A dynamic, purposeful shape, with a distinctive look that sets it apart from imitators, allowing the Appartamento TCA to stand out in this category of premium domestic machines.
Not only aesthetical changes have been made to the Appartamento TCA: Thanks to the new electronics developed by Rocket, the Appartamento TCA allows the user to adjust and manage new machine functions:
The new control board allows for 4 different temperature presets to be selected as well as offering the possibility to select an energy saving mode which puts the machine in stand-by after 30 minutes of non usage.
In addition, boiler insulation has been improved which reduces overall energy consumption by 15%.
A new ergonomic portafilter handle as well as a wider drip tray complement the vast list of upgrades from the previous Appartamento.

The Eureka Mignon Zero 55S coffee grinder is designed for coffee enthusiasts who want to achieve the highest cup quality with minimal waste. Engineered to reduce coffee retention to an absolute minimum, it ensures that every dose is freshly ground, preserving the full aroma and flavor profile of the beans.
The integrated Blow Up System allows any residual coffee grounds inside the grinding chamber to be easily expelled with a simple action, further reducing waste and helping maintain a clean workflow between grinding sessions.
Thanks to Silent Technology, the grinder operates with remarkably low noise levels, making it ideal for comfortable everyday use. Grind size adjustments are simple and highly precise thanks to the large King-Size Dial, which allows users to fine-tune the grind setting with ease.
