Eureka Drogheria 85 is a coffee grinder designed for commercial environments, equipped with a powerful 750 watt motor capable of reaching productivity up to 9.5 - 10.5 grams per second for Espresso and 12.5 - 13.5 grams per second for Brew coffee.

• Stepless Micrometric Regulation System: The micrometric system with infinite adjustment points, the only one based on the lower burr repositioning, guarantees incomparable grinding performances and allows to carry out maintenance operations without losing the grinding setting.
• Easy Setting System:This system eases the grinding degree regulation by showing the whole range of grinding techniques: from Turkish to Moka, from Drip to French Press. The Eureka grinders equipped with this system are easy and fast to program.
• "High Speed" Maintenance: The typical mechanical composition of Eureka burrholder set, that can be dismantled removing only 9 screws, permits to quickly replace and clean the burrs as well as a remarkable time and coffee saving.
• Blow Up System: Conceived for specialty coffee, the mechanism generates an air flow able to clean the grinding chamber and grind all the coffee beans, without waste, for a perfect coffee in the cup.  Conceived for supporting the barista in the everyday use. Fast, easy to use, to always provide your customers with a freshly ground coffee.
• New coffee channel with bag holder: a large grinding chute and an integrated bag clip make mass grinding extremely convenient.
