The new Atom Excellence is the evolution of the Atom Specialty 65. This new version brings new changes and innovation to an otherwise untouched design. Let’s start by addressing what is probably the most noticeable new feature: the display. The new PFT touchscreen guarantees a high resolution and instant response which comes handy not only in a coffee shop but in your home as well. The touch-screen gives you the possibility to program two doses, an extra shot function, and a manual mode for those who like to be in control. But here's where it gets clever because thanks to this touch screen magic, Eureka has thrown in features like the 'Burr maintenance' function. It's not just grinding coffee, it's practically running diagnostics on itself by calculating though an algorithm the burr consumption and telling you when it's time for a change – perfect for the serious coffee slingers out there. The fork has been improved too making it now more solid and stable than ever while the power button has been moved in the front for easier access. 

Last but not least, the coffee grinder is now made up of a full metal body making it more solid than ever before.
