100% Arabica coffee selected and roasted by the Laboratorio di Torrefazione Giamaica Caffé - Verona.

A pure coffee that comes from a state that, in addition to cocoa and volcanoes, is one of the largest coffee producers in the world. Volcanic and wet only by its perfume, this Guatemala is a 100% Arabica selected and roasted by Gianni Frasi.

Torrefazione Giamaica coffee is produced in a small artisan factory in the center of Verona, continuing a centuries-old tradition.

The roasting is done by hand with direct flame, the machinery are dating back to the 1950s, a very different process from most roasters that use indirect flame. In this process, the margin of error is minimal, from one to three seconds.

The beans are mainly Arabica d'Altura, they are all selected in the producing countries (Ethiopia, Indonesia, Guatemala), in some cases whole (not washed before roasting to preserve all the qualities), sometimes blended together.

Each bean is selected and prepared with artisanal methods, to offer you all the taste of a real high quality coffee.
