The Rocket Faustino, as the name might suggest, is the smaller brother of the Fausto. Despite its compact size it still managed to impress with its performance thanks to 50 mm burrs, stepless adjustment, and a highly intuitive touch screen to program single, double, or manual dosage. It has also an anti-clump system that allows the ground coffee to come out very smoothly and with no clumps. Like the bigger brother, it has a funnel-shaped coffee chute with the controls above, and it is available in different configurations. You can even get it with the 2 circular shapes on the sides filled with white or copper in order to make it fit perfectly with the Rocket Appartamento.

Touch Screen: as opposed to the majority of the coffee grinder in the market, the Faustino does not start with a button underneath the chute. Instead, you will start grinding through the touch screen, which is a bit counter-intuitive at first and might take some time to get used to.
