Electronic control version of the
Nemox Pro machines are also
available with the following functions:
Pre-infusion: can be started or stopped from the control panel,
resulting in a better extraction of the espresso coffee by soaking the ground
coffee or the pod/ capsule with water before the start of the full extraction.
By using this feature, the pressurized water does not rush through only part
of the coffee ground, but thoroughly soaks and utilizes the full coffee dose,
resulting in a richer extraction.
Coffee Dispensing: the first two buttons on the control panel
allow you to dispense difference amounts of coffee, and the third button can
be utilized for continuous supply of coffee.
The amount of coffee dispensed is controlled by a volumetric meter which can
be programmed by the user. Although the brew operation will stop automatically
when the preset amount has been riched, it is still possible to interupt the
flow of coffee at any time by simply pressing the same button. A doouble serving
of coffee can be readly obtained by pressing the button twice.
Water level indicator: the control panel has a low-water-lever
light signal that is activated before the water tank is empty. After completing
dispensing, the Nemox Pro will stop functioning, and will only resume operation
once the water tank has been refilled.
