All steel manual roller machine for restaurants and professionals, prepares a pasta sheet of 9 in. and maximum roller opening of 3/8 in.
It has hardener steel reductiongears to minimize work, and adjusting knob with tennumbered thickness settings.
The roller commes with handle, clamp and tray. Available on request extra six Simplex cutters: Round Spaghetti 2mm - Angel Hair 1.5mm- Tagliatelle 2mm, Linguine 4mm, Fettuccine 6.5mm and Lasagnette 12mm.
