The novelty of the electrified version which we are introducing today lies not only in the possibility of using the coffee maker outside of the kitchen, in other rooms or office, nor merely in the fact that espresso coffeelovers can also enjoy their coffee while travelling in the privacy of their hotel room, but with this new version the quality of the brewed coffee has also been improved with respect to that brewed in the classic kitchen Mocha coffee maker.
This is essentially the result of the reduced variability of several parameters which cannot be changed by the user: the power supplied by the electrical system is more controlled with respect to that possible when using the various adjustments with a gas or electric burner.
The automatic turn-off pratically guarantees the same brewing period every time and prevents the coffee from overheating once brewing is completed.
